Spatial Transcriptomics MERSCOPE

We might have the opportunity to have a MERSCOPE instrument for 4 to 9 months in Toulouse, at the CBI ideally opened to all the institutes around and interested (CRCT, INFINITY, l’I2MC, INRAE etc …).  This long Demo will allow to perform pilot experiments if you are interested to do some spatial transcriptomics with the MERFISH technology. 
Basically, MERFISH is a multiplexed single-molecule imaging smFISH technology for spatially resolved transcriptomics capable of simultaneously measuring the copy number and spatial distribution of 100-1000 of RNA species in individual cells in tissues, organoids, animal models... and it has a great subcellular resolution<100nm.  https://vizgen.com/technology/#merfish
