Abstract

Tumor initiation and progression, as well as resistance/adaptation to anti-cancer therapies, induce various reprogramming processes, including those of the epigenome, transcriptome and epitranscriptome. Through several examples, my presentation will show how deciphering these reprogrammings can enable the implementation of targeted and individualized therapeutic strategies.
