Global Legislative Openness Week (GLOW)

GLOW is an annual celebration of open, participatory legislative processes around the world. It is also an opportunity for diverse stakeholders—in parliaments, governments and civil society—to collaborate and make progress toward adopting and implementing openness commitments. The week is coordinated by members of the Open Government Partnership (OGP)’s Legislative Openness Working Group, which is co-anchored by the Congress of Chile’s Bicameral Commission on Transparency and the National Democratic Institute, along with members of the broader parliamentary openness community.
